Cooking class in Florence

Hands-on, authentic cooking class in Florence to learn how to prepare a complete 4-course Italian menu under the guidance of a professional chef in a convivial and engaging environment.

The experience takes place in a fully equipped professional kitchen and allows you to discover the secrets of Italian home cooking by preparing antipasto, primo, secondo and dessert. The course is suitable for all levels and is designed for those who wish to experience Italian culture through food.

There is a choice of two formulas:

• Cooking Class with lunch (Wednesday 11:00 a.m.), with final tasting of the dishes prepared
• Cooking Class with dinner (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:00 p.m.), culminating in a dinner served in an atmospheric wine cellar

During the class we work in small groups (max 12 participants), ensuring individualized attention. The menu varies according to the seasonality of ingredients, and vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request.
