In-House Couples Workout with Personal Trainer

This offer is designed for those who wish to train with another person. It will take place directly at the private space of the person who requests it. The session includes a cognitive phase in which each participant’s physical factors are carefully assessed through medical history, biomechanical analysis and movement assessment. This is followed by the development of a session or cycle of workouts aimed at achieving the goals.

Duration of experience: 1 hour

The service is designed for a maximum of 2 people. For larger groups, write to us at concierge@ohmyroom.shop: we will assess availability and a tailor-made proposal together.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation is fully refundable if made at least 24 hours before treatment.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, the service will not be refunded.
