  • Accessibility: The tour is not wheelchair accessible. This service is not recommended for guests requiring special assistance due to disabilities.

  • Children: Must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 6 years old. Only children taller than 150 cm (approx. 4’11”) may sit behind the driver; otherwise, they must ride in the sidecar.

  • Weight and Height Limits: * The sidecar can accommodate up to 110 kg (242 lbs) and a maximum height of 1.90 m (6’2″).

    • The maximum weight for the passenger on the rear saddle is 110 kg (242 lbs).

  • Health & Safety: * Not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions, or other serious medical concerns.

    • Not permitted for pregnant travelers.

  • Driving: For legal and safety reasons, passengers are not allowed to drive the vehicles.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time require full payment. To receive a full refund (minus bank fees), customers may cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the experience, based on the local time zone. No refunds will be issued after this period.

In Case of Rain In the event of rain, the tour will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund the full amount minus bank fees. Should it start raining during the tour, the activity will continue, always ensuring the maximum safety of our passengers.
