OhMyRoom is an innovative startup designed to increase the perceived value of each accommodation. It was created with the goal of helping hosts and property managers improve their relationship with their guests throughout the entire lodging experience, from post-booking to check out, by offering personalized service and creating new revenue opportunities.

Through the creation of customizable digital spaces consisting of an information section and a sales section, OhMyRoom transforms each facility into an interactive environment accessible directly from post-booking guests.

Each digital space consists of different sections designed to simplify management and enrich the living room:

  • Accommodation section, where the host can share all useful and practical information (check-in and check-out, Wi-Fi, house rules, instructions for using appliances, useful contacts).
  • Suggestions section, dedicated to the host’s tips for experiencing the destination like a local-from restaurants to hidden spots to customized itineraries.
  • Indoor section, where guests can purchase services available directly in the apartment, such as breakfast delivery, extra housekeeping or private chef.
  • Outdoor section, where outdoor experiences and services such as tours, transfers, bike rentals, or local tastings are collected.

In this way, each guest has a more complete and personalized experience, while those who manage reduce repetitive demands, increase their guests’ satisfaction, and generate new sources of income.

Ohmyroom offers several plans designed to fit the needs of hosts and property managers, from single accommodations to multi-unit facilities. Costs can vary depending on the plan chosen and the number of facilities managed. Each plan includes a fixed monthly fee for digital infrastructure and a variable fee on transactions generated within the platform.

After registration, the host or property manager selects the plan best suited to his or her needs and begins, independently, to configure the facility’s digital space with photos, practical details, and personalized suggestions.

Next, he can activate his own catalog by choosing services and experiences from the Ohmyroom marketplace or by referring us to already active collaborations and suppliers, to whom we will give the opportunity to be included in the platform.

Once ready, the digital space is shared with guests via post-booking link or QR code present in the apartment, allowing them easy access to all the information, advice and services available during their stay.

Ohmyroom is designed to simplify your work and improve the quality of service you offer your guests. The platform reduces repetitive operational tasks, such as managing communications, check-ins or extra requests, by digitizing information flow and automating procedures.

This way you can save time, reduce the management burden and focus on what really matters: providing a better guest experience. At the same time, Ohmyroom opens up new revenue opportunities by allowing you to offer and sell services and experiences, either your own or those of local partners, directly to your guests.

The result is twofold: more efficient and professional management for you, and a more complete, smooth and personalized stay for them.

Ohmyroom does not intervene in the booking phase of the accommodation: the guest continues to book as usual, either through one of the OTAs (such as Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, etc.) or directly with the host or property manager.
After booking, it is whoever manages the accommodation t who shares the link to the digital space with the guest, attaching it to the confirmation email or sending it via direct messaging channels (e.g. WhatsApp).

From that point, the guest accesses the property’s personalized digital space, where he or she finds all the useful information for the stay-timetables, house rules, Wi-Fi, contact information-along with the host’s advice and a selection of self-bookable services and experiences.

There is no need to download any app: the digital space can be accessed from any device, simply through a browser. All you need is an active Internet connection to navigate and enjoy the experience smoothly and completely. The guest perceives the space as a natural part of the facility’s hospitality, not as an external service.

Ohmyroom offers service and experience providers a new digital channel for visibility and collaboration. Through the platform, your offer is pitched directly to guests staying at partner facilities at a time when they are most predisposed to purchase-before and during their stay.
