Florence Cathedral Pass

This 3-day pass is the most comprehensive and flexible way to discover the Florence Cathedral Complex, with access to all six main monuments and the immersive virtual reality experience dedicated to Brunelleschi’s Dome.

The pass includes admission to Brunelleschi’s Dome with reserved hours, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Crypt of Santa Reparata, and the Museo dell’Opera del Duomo. All sites, except the Dome, can be visited freely on the three days starting on the morning of the ascent.

Also included is the VR experience “Brunelleschi’s Dome – Building the Impossible,” created under the auspices of the Opera del Duomo, which tells in an immersive and spectacular way how Filippo Brunelleschi succeeded in building the largest masonry dome ever constructed.

The ascent to the Dome at the selected time provides one of the most exciting views of Florence, with panoramas ranging from the historic center to the surrounding Tuscan hills. After the ascent, the rest of the complex can be explored independently thanks to the 3-day validity of the pass.

• The time selected refers only to the ascent to the dome
• The other monuments can be visited freely on the 3 days
• Ascent to the dome: 463 steps – no elevator
• Ascent to the Bell Tower: 414 steps – no elevator
• Not suitable for people with heart problems, dizziness, claustrophobia, or who are pregnant
• A maximum delay of 5 minutes is allowed
• Report to the agency at least 30 minutes before the Dome time to pick up your pass and VR experience
• Hours may vary on Sundays for church services
