Cancellation and refund policy
To ensure a high-quality service and respect the work of our chefs, each experience is carefully planned well in advance.
For this reason, in case of cancellation made less than 15 days before the service date, payment of the full amount (100%) is required. This policy stems from the need to protect the chef, who dedicates time to designing the menu, selecting and sourcing ingredients, and exclusively reserves their availability for your experience.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, but this measure allows us to guarantee a service that always meets expectations, respecting the work and professionalism of all those involved.
