Your booking is considered confirmed at the time of payment.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled experience; after this deadline, in the event of cancellation or a no-show, the amount is non-refundable.
Any requests for changes (date or time) must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
The experience takes place even in unfavorable weather conditions; no refunds are provided for bad weather.
In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, participation is not guaranteed and no refund will be issued.
The organization reserves the right to cancel the experience due to force majeure; in such cases, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
