Cancellation and refund policy
To ensure the highest quality of service and to respect the work of our sommeliers, each experience is carefully planned well in advance.
For this reason, in the event of a cancellation made less than 15 days prior to the service date, the full amount (100%) will be charged.
This policy is designed to protect our sommeliers, who dedicate time to crafting each tasting experience, selecting and sourcing the finest products, and reserving their availability exclusively for your event.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, this measure allows us to consistently deliver a service that meets the highest standards, while respecting the work and professionalism of everyone involved.
